At TimberLens Creations, each guitar stand is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and made from natural wood, each piece may show unique variations in grain, color, and finish that are part of its character.

1. Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Natural wood grain or color variation

• Minor handcrafted variations

• Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

• Customized or made-to-order items, if applicable

3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

• A replacement

• A repair solution

• A refund, where appropriate

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production, packaging, or dispatch has begun. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible for handcrafted items.
